The Company Seeks Capital to Accelerate toward an Early 2025 Product Launch

The all-electric Zeus Z-19 represents a paradigm shift in medium-duty commercial vehicles, delivering unparalleled performance and environmental benefits in a user-friendly package tailor-made for the work truck industry.

Zeus Electric Chassis, a pioneering force in sustainable transportation solutions, made a splash at ACT Expo 2024 in Las Vegas, where it unveiled the new pre-production interior design of its highly anticipated Z-19 Class 5 all-electric cab-chassis with a conventional pickup-style cab. The vehicle, a regular cab 108″ cab-to-axle (CA) and equipped with a CM Truck Beds service body, marked another milestone in Zeus’ road to production. Zeus also showcased an 84″ CA Z-19 stripped chassis, which is a cab-to-axle configuration targeted for a 2025 launch.

Besides displaying these products as exclusive in their segment, Zeus engaged with strategic and financial partners to enter the homestretch of final development, certification, and production launch. Senior leadership was available at the ACT Expo to entertain related discussions.
